We retain all transaction records for seven years to comply with Indonesian financial reporting requirements. After seven years, records are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered. Your account activity is visible in your dashboard as long as your account remains open.

You can close your account anytime through Settings > Close Account. Once closed, we delete your personal details immediately, but we keep transaction records for seven years as required by law. Those records are not linked to your name after deletion.
